Unlike “managed care” care practices, DentalSource lets you request an appointment that’s convenient for you – instead of just forcing you into a spot that’s convenient for us. Of course, specific appointments are subject to availability … but we make every attempt to schedule you when you choose.

Note: All DentalSource offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You can save time during your visit by downloading our Patient Information Form. Print it, fill it out at your convenience, and bring it to our office when you come.
